Workshops for Bread Lovers (and Beyond)

Whether you’re curious about crafting your first sourdough loaf, perfecting your pizza game, or simply want to get your hands into some dough—there’s a workshop for you.

Led by a passionate home baker Silke, these hands-on courses are designed to be relaxed, informative, and above all, fun. You’ll learn practical skills, gain confidence in your baking, and leave with plenty of tips, recipes, and some dough to take home.

From beginner-friendly sessions to more in-depth explorations of fermentation and technique, workshops run regularly in the Echt bakery.
