In this 5 hour workshop you will learn how to maintain your sourdough starter and make your own country loaf dough. You learn how to shape the dough and take two shaped loaves home for baking alongside some pizza dough at night or the following morning.
This course will provide you with a foundation knowledge of the process of making, fermenting and baking dough. You will receive a booklet with a recipe and a detailed outline of the whole process.
CANCELLATION policy:
Full refund if 1 week notice has been given. 50% refund with 72h notice
No refund if less than 72 h notice is given by customer.
However, I usually make an effort to find a replacement for cancellations- if this is possible, a full refund can occur.
