This gutsy loaf is packed full of sunflower seeds, local linseed and organic local whole rye grains- that's a lot of fibre and goodness. So if your gut health is priority- or flavor and long lasting energy, this is your loaf.


It is the lowest GI (Glycaemic index) loaf you can find on the menu, so it doesn't spike your blood sugar levels as much as white bread.

The slow fermentation and soaking of seeds makes it stay moist and tasty for ages.

The FRUIT version has apricots and sultanas instead of sunflower seeds, so it still has linseeds and grains for goodness
