Sourdough bread starter kit

This sourdough starter kit has everything you need to get going with your first sourdough loaf.

The starter kit includes:

• 7 litre container, perfect for developing your dough as you can observe bubbles and judge volume better than in a bowl.
• 25 page booklet with detailed guidance on how to look after your starter and how to bake a country loaf, including recipe.
• Nz made stainless steel dough devider/scraper
• Wooden lame/dough scorer with pouch and razor blades
• Sourdough starter
• Sprayfree white flour and organic wholemeal for recipe in booklet (makes 2 loaves and 4 pizzas or 1 foccacia 

Optional add on bowl and teatowel for proofing your loaf. The bowl is the same one I use in the bakery- it's a great shape.
