Join me at the Echt Bakery for a hands-on sourdough pizza evening — good food, good people, and dough under your fingernails.

We'll share freshly made sourdough pizzas together, then you'll learn to shape pizza bases and fougasse to take home at the end of the night. No experience needed.

What the evening looks like

  • Up to 6 guests share sourdough pizzas together — bring a friend if you want.
  • I'll have pizza and fougasse dough ready for you to shape
  • Your creations go into my stone oven while we chat — about bread, life, whatever
  • You leave with 2 pizza bases and 1 fougasse to eat or freeze

What to bring Just yourself and some curiosity.
