Grain -Seed loaf This loaf is made with a mix of white, wholemeal and rye flour. It is packed with whole rye grain, Sunflower, sesame and locally grown linseeds.
Grain-Fruit loaf This loaf has a lovely texture with burst of sweetness from added apricots, sultanas and currants. It is made with the same ingredients as the seeded version but seeds are replaced with fruit.

Echt November- December menu
As always Echt is closing down for the school holidays- so make sure you grab yourself your favorites sooner rather than later. All my bread apart from foccacia freezes well.
