In this evening ‘have a go’ workshop you will shape your own fougasse and pizza bases and we will bake them for you to enjoy at home.
As well as taking baked goods home, I will have some dough ready for you to shape. You then can put these into the fridge at home and bake your own pizza bases or foccacia over the following few days. (Unfortunately, as sourdough is very slow- there is no time for you to mix your own dough) However if this is what you want to do- you can join me in my longer 5h workshop ‘Introduction to sourdough baking’ if you want.
We also will learn about the process of making and shaping dough- giving you a good starting point to understand what is important to make good bread.
