As always Echt is closing down for the school holidays- so make sure you grab yourself your favorites sooner rather than later. All my bread apart from foccacia freezes well.

My Country loaf is made with sprayfree white flour from our local mill and 15% organic, freshly milled wholemeal flour.

Sourdough Grain loaves (seed or fruit)
Grain -Seed loaf This loaf is made with a mix of white, wholemeal and rye flour. It is packed with whole rye grain, Sunflower, sesame and locally grown linseeds.
Grain-Fruit loaf This loaf has a lovely texture with burst of sweetness from added apricots, sultanas and currants. It is made with the same ingredients as the seeded version but seeds are …
