My Country loaf is made with sprayfree white flour from our local mill and 15% organic, freshly milled wholemeal flour.

SOLD OUT Nussecken ‘Nutcorner’ SCOFF Special
Echt’s SCOFF special is a German nutcorner. It is made with a butter cookie base using local Farmers Mill flour. The triangle shaped treat then is topped with a Barkers Apricot jam and a Almond-Hazelnut toffee. The hazelnuts are grown by Marie and Jon in Fairlie and I was lucky enough to see their shelling shed in action.
