Introduction to sourdough

This 5 hour workshop will provide you with a foundation knowledge of the process of making, fermenting and baking dough. You will receive a booklet with a recipe and detailed outline of the process and sourdough starter.

Cost: $130 Maximum of 5 Participants.

Other ideas

Future workshops such as baking with wholemeal, rye flour as well as sweet sourdough baking may become available if I receive enough interest.
